- Lyrics Generation: Your entered themes/concepts, selected mythology and genre
- Premium Codes: Entered premium codes, activation time, IP address at activation
- Contact Form: Name, email address, message content (if used)

3. Cookies and Session Management
3.1 Essential Cookies (Session Cookies)
Our website uses session cookies that are necessary for technical operation:
- PHPSESSID: Session ID for managing premium status and usage limits
- Storage Duration: Until the browser is closed (end of session)
- Purpose: Website functionality, managing premium access
These cookies are technically necessary and cannot be disabled without impairing the functionality of the website.

4. Use of OpenAI API
To generate lyrics, we use the OpenAI API (GPT-4o). The following data is transmitted to OpenAI:
- Your entered themes and concepts
- Selected mythology and genre
- Song structure and options
Important: OpenAI does not store personal data and does not use the data to train their models (according to OpenAI Data Usage Policy for API usage).
Data Transfer: Transmission is encrypted (HTTPS) to OpenAI servers in the USA. OpenAI is secured by standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission.

5. Processing of Premium Codes
When you activate a premium code, we store:
- The code itself (for validation)
- Activation timestamp
- Expiration timestamp (for 24h codes)
- IP address at activation (for abuse prevention)
Storage Duration: As long as the code is valid, plus 30 days for billing and abuse detection

6. Payment Processing (if applicable)
6.1 Gumroad
If you purchase premium codes via Gumroad, your payment data is transmitted directly to Gumroad. We only receive:
- Your email address (for code delivery)
- Purchase date and transaction ID

7. Your Rights
You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to us or the data protection authority.

You have the right to request confirmation as to whether we process personal data from you. If so, you have a right to information about this data.
7.2 Right to Rectification and Deletion
You have the right to demand the correction of incorrect data and the deletion of your personal data, provided that there are no legal retention obligations.

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

8. Data Security
We use the widespread SSL procedure (Secure Socket Layer) in connection with the highest level of encryption supported by your browser during website visits. As a rule, this is 256-bit encryption.
All data is stored on servers with current security standards. Access is only possible for authorized persons.
9. Storage Duration
- Session Data: Until the end of the browser session
- Premium Codes: As long as valid + 30 days
- Server Logs: Maximum 7 days
- Contact Inquiries: Until completed processing + 6 months
After the expiry of these periods, the data is routinely deleted, unless there are legal retention obligations.
10. No Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
11. Children's Privacy
Our service is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in some EU countries). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
12. International Data Transfers
Some of our service providers (particularly OpenAI) may process your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). We ensure that these transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards, such as:
- Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission
- Adequacy decisions for certain countries
- Privacy Shield certification (where applicable)
